Test Tube Coding & Pucking System

Developed for the diagnostics industry, this PC based systems prints a unique alpha numeric code, in a variety of formats, on the side of glass or plastic test tubes at a rate of 40 TPM.

The machine was designed for and operates 24x7x52. Several machines at one location are producing 1.75 million tubes per quarter.

Soon we will be offering a bench-top version which will print the code on a specialized label printer. As the labels are removed from the printer, the next label is printed
